Welcome to THC Supply Co. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, and the purchase of hemp-derived THCA and related cannabinoid products. By visiting our website, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website.
 

1. Age Requirement

• You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from THC Supply Co.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived cannabinoids in your jurisdiction.
   

2. Compliance and Legality

• All products sold by THC Supply Co. are derived from hemp and tested to ensure compliance with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill and applicable Texas law.

• We provide full-panel Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for every product, verifying compliance with federal and state regulations (including Delta-9 THC limits under 0.3% on a dry-weight basis).

• State and local laws governing hemp-derived cannabinoids, including THCA, vary widely and are subject to change. THC Supply Co. does not make any representation or warranty regarding the legality of its products in any specific jurisdiction outside of Texas.
   

• Restricted States

• Due to state-level restrictions, THC Supply Co. does not sell or ship hemp-derived THCA or related cannabinoid products to the following states, including but not limited to:

• Idaho

• South Dakota

• North Dakota

• Montana

• Orders placed with a shipping address in a restricted state will be cancelled and refunded at our discretion, minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees.

• THC Supply Co. reserves the right to update, modify, or expand this restricted-states list at any time without prior notice to reflect changes in state or local laws.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• You are purchasing these products only in a jurisdiction where they are legal at the time of purchase and delivery.

• THC Supply Co. is not liable for orders seized, delayed, or refused by carriers or authorities due to local law enforcement or regulatory action.
   

3. Product Information and Intended Use

• All products are intended for adult use only.

• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Statements made on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

• Use responsibly. Hemp-derived cannabinoids, including THCA, may convert to THC and produce intoxicating effects.
   

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

• Consult a physician before using any hemp-derived products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medications.

• Do not use our products if you must pass a drug test. Hemp-derived cannabinoids may cause a positive result for THC.

5. Payment, Shipping, and Risk of Loss

• All sales are final. Only defective or damaged products may be replaced, with proof of defect or damage provided (photo or video evidence required).

• Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. THC Supply Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or seizures.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier.
   

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, THC Supply Co. disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to health issues, employment consequences, or legal matters arising from the use or possession of our products.
   

7. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THC Supply Co., its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.
   

8. Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

• We provide third-party full-panel COAs for all products.

• By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed or had the opportunity to review the COAs prior to consumption.
   

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, product designs, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of THC Supply Co. and may not be used without express written consent.
   

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts or arbitration forums of [Your County], Texas.

• All payments must be completed at checkout unless credit terms are pre-approved.

• For wholesale accounts, invoices must be paid by the due date stated. Late payments may result in account suspension or added fees.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
   

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Retail orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Wholesale orders may be subject to additional freight charges, minimum order quantities, or processing times.

• THC Supply Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or regulatory holds.
   

5. Returns & Refunds

• Retail: All sales are final, except for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Wholesale: Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products; no returns on unsold inventory.
   

6. Product Use

• Our products are intended for legal, personal, or resale use only. Misuse, resale without authorization, or violation of local/state/federal law voids all warranties and may result in account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

• All branding, content, logos, and designs associated with THC Supply Co. are our property and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
