• Age Restriction: Products are intended for adults 21+ only. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Use at Your Own Risk: By purchasing and/or reselling our products, you acknowledge that THC Supply Co. is not responsible for any side effects, health concerns, resale issues, or legal consequences.

• Wholesale Liability: Wholesale buyers assume full responsibility for resale compliance in their jurisdiction, including tax collection, age verification, and retail marketing.

• Third-Party Content: THC Supply Co. is not responsible for the accuracy or content of external websites, suppliers, or third-party materials referenced.

At THC Supply Co., we work hard to ensure orders are processed quickly and delivered safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle retail and wholesale shipments.

1. Order Processing

• Retail Orders: Most retail orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Wholesale Orders: Wholesale processing times may vary based on order size and inventory availability. Large orders or custom requests may require additional lead time.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

• We offer standard shipping and, when available, expedited options at checkout.

• Wholesale shipments may be subject to freight charges or palletized delivery fees depending on volume and destination.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately for wholesale accounts.

3. Delivery Times

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• THC Supply Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or regulatory inspections.

• Wholesale deliveries may require signature confirmation upon receipt.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only to states and jurisdictions where hemp-derived products are legal.

• Customers are responsible for knowing their local and state laws before ordering.

• Orders to P.O. boxes may be limited depending on carrier restrictions.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

• For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to open a claim. Resolution may result in replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

• THC Supply Co. is not liable for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Wholesale customers outside the U.S. must arrange their own freight forwarding services.
